Sue As I stated in an earlier email, "we are very impressed with your company" and now even more so! I appreciate your "prompt" response to our email and the resolution was beyond our expectations. 10/27/10 Hi Sue, The artwork was delivered to my work yesterday and it is beautiful! I saw it almost a year ago and have wanted it ever since. I forgot about some of the bold strokes of colors that are just splashed onto the picture. I got it home and hung it and I love it more then I did before! It really brought some life into the room. All of that is fine with me. I really appreciate your great communication and I am most pleased that you up-dated me about the delay. Your site was the ONLY site that I found with the new tukey and I figured they either hadn't come in anywhere or were (because it is sooooo cute!) already sold out everywhere else. I understand about the "Dasher" one and that is fine too. These pillows are so neat and will add yet MORE personality to my autumn and Christmas decorating.

1/14/09 Hi Sue, I received the Starfish frame which we truly love. We had received one as a gift, but it was broken after a freak accident with our curtains. Don't ask. :) I went on line looking to see where we could purchase another one and was thrilled to find that your offered them on your webpage. This was the first time to your webpage but it won't be the last. You have many great gifts and I love the section on decorating with color. We are in the process of redecorating some of the rooms in our home so I was very interested in this section.

PS your personal e-mail and note with the frame was a nice personalized touch. My Mom has her own business and what makes her business is not just her product but her personal touch and the great customer service she provides. Just thought I would share that with you.

I loved it so much I wanted to get one for friends. Apparently Pick Up Sticks does not sell directly to the public, instead they use wholesale buyers. That's how I found Heaven's Gate.

My order arrived in a timely fashion, and they even gave me a packet of tea! My only issue with the price was that the charm I ordered online was almost double what I paid in the gift shop in Virginia, but I wanted it so badly, I didn't care about the price.

I highly recommend this seller.
