In order to keep our costs as low as possible for you, we do not stock large quantities and/or every item on our website. Many of our items are custom made or ordered specifically for you, therefore payment is required in-full when placing an order.
Please note that your credit card will be charged in-full for all items in your shopping cart when your order is processed, usually within 24-48 hours of placing your order. You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation of your order.
Within 24-48 hours you will receive a 2nd email with an ETA of each item ordered. If any items are on back-order, you may cancel specific items or the entire order and your card will be refunded. All orders left in-tact, regardless of ETA must remain paid in full, in order to allocate in-coming inventory for you.
Cancelation Refunds: Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit card refund to post to your account, depending on your credit card processing company.
ESTIMATED SHIP TIME: We know that once you place an order you are anxious to receive the merchandise and we make every effort to get your merchandise out to you as quickly as possible. While we stock many of our best-sellers, in our business model we strive to keep costs down for you by not stocking and warehousing all of the 5000+ items on our site. For non-stock items, we will order as needed and typically ship these items to you within 5-10 business days.
In-stock merchandise will be shipped out to you within 2 business days.

Drop-Ship merchandise will be "drop-shipped" directly to you from our supplier, typically within 3-5 business days to 1-2 weeks, depending on the supplier, unless you hear otherwise from us.
Some items, especially large rugs and artwork, are hand-made per order and may require 2-4 weeks for delivery time. We will notify you if this is the case. If you do not wish to wait, you may cancel the item(s) at any time. If you cancel the item(s) within 48 hours of being notified of ETA, you will not be charged the "return" fees.
Out-of-Stock Items: You will be notified if an item is out-of-stock when your order is processed and you may choose to cancel the order and you will be refunded immediately. We will keep you updated on the back-order status and you may choose to cancel at any time. If canceled before shipped to you, you will be refunded the full amount paid and not charged the "return" fees.
Our Roost stainless steel cutlery has a modern look, but the ironwood-colored grips carry old-growth gravitas.
The bark grain pattern of the sculptural handles is hand-forged. Hand wash only to preserve the finish.

Many of the latest Roost designs are inspired by sculptural forms and new materials, exploring angular shapes and opulent materials. Softer shapes prevail. Brass is making it's way back into our homes with it's warm sheen, a pleasing counterpoint to clear glass and natural wood finishes.
All Roost products are unique, in and of themselves, as they are hand-made, they will not turn out perfectly as in machine-made products. Imperfections are not considered flaws or defects, yet appreciated for their natural beauty.
Non-stock Items: Will ship out to you within 5-10 business days, unless you hear otherwise from us.
If a product is on back-order from our supplier, we will notify you and you may choose to wait for the product until the Estimated Ship Date or cancel the order at any time before it is shipped out to you.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return/exchange it, you must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of receipt for a Return Authorization Number. After obtaining a Return Authorization you must ship the item within the following 5 days. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused. No exceptions, as we must make timely returns/exchanges to our vendors as well.

● Note the damage on the Carrier Receipt, if possible.
● Please keep all packaging in-tact exactly as you received it, as this is very important to the Damage Claim.
● You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of any/all damage claims.
If you receive a broken/damaged item, this damage was caused during shipment, as we thoroughly inspect all merchandise before it is shipped to you. Therefore we will open a Damage Claim through our shipper; with your cooperation, this must be approved for any reimbursement or replacement of product.
You do not have to ship the broken item back to us. It will be inspected at your location and then you may dispose of it.
Once the damaged item has been inspected and the damage claim approved you will be either credited the amount paid or the item will be replaced.
