Occasionaly, we can make an exception to this rule, depending on the merchandise and the destination. If you send us an email with your exact address to ship to and the item that you are interested in we will check on the possibility of shipping the item to you and give you a shipping cost estimate. You can then decide if you'd like to proceed with the order. Free Shipping does not apply to this exception.

All Free Shipping pertains to our choice of Ground Service (usually UPS Ground or Fedex Home Delivery Ground for 8x11 rugs and under, and Freight Truck for 10x14 rugs) or United States Postal Service for jewelry, cloth, and smaller packages, within the Continental USA, therefore, please provide a P.O. Box, as well as a street address, if available.

Free Shipping applies to 1 shipment only, if you choose to have partial shipments, due to back-ordered items, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees, as per the above table per shipment.

SHIP TO ADDRESS: Please be very careful when entering your 'Ship To' address, as UPS has a $6.00 fee for address corrections, which unfortunately I will have to pass along to you if it is not entered correctly. I will contact you by e-mail if this is the case and ask you to kindly reimburse me for the $6.00 correction. Thank you for understanding.

Packages over $100 in value require a signature for delivery. You may request in writing (in our comments section) that your item be shipped "no signature required", however, this means that you are accepting 100% responsbility for the merchandise once it is delivered to your door.

Expedited Shipping You may request expedited Shipping at your expense. Due to reasons beyond our control, air shipping is very expensive. You can expect to pay $15-$20 for 2-3 day delivery and $25-$30 for Next Day Delivery, for the average 1# package, within the Continental US. If this is what you prefer, we will be happy to accomodate your wishes. Please make a note in the comments section, allowing us to charge your credit card for the average fee. If the shipping cost exceeds these average fees, we will send you an e-mail and wait for your approval. Our Shipping Dept. is open Tues.-Sat., 10am-5pm, we do not ship on Sunday or Monday.

Please allow 7-10 business days for most orders to ship complete. Occasionally there may be back-ordered items, due to merchandise being on back-order from our supplier. We will keep you updated to the best of our ability as to ETA's (Estimated Time of Arrival).
